Technical characteristics

Aragon-Bio cartridge has analogs neither in Russia nor in Europe. Bacteria and viruses are removed owing to high electrokinetic potential of the Aragon-Bio material without using biocide additives.

Geyser-BIO filter is recommended for final purification and final disinfection of tap water by the Sysin Research Institute of Human Ecology and Environment Hygiene, Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of Russia.

• Aragon 2, Aragon 2 Bio: composite material based on Aragon-H material and ion-exchange resin that makes the hard water softening capacity considerably longer.
• Aragon EM, Aragon EH: cartridges of standard size, 5" (127 mm) and 10" (248 mm), mounted in European Standard housings.

PPY series cartridges are intended for filtering away insoluble admixtures.
Made of polypropylene cord. Have larger dirt capability than other sedimentary cartridges. Cannot be restored or regenerated.

EFM and PFM series cartridges are intended for filtering away insoluble admixtures. Unlike PP cartridges, these cartridges have gradient porosity: the diameter of the pore gets smaller as the water goes through the cartridge. The entire volume of the filtering material is thus affected. These cartridges

have modifications for hot water (PFM G and EFM G). Cannot be restored or regenerated.

Made of polypropylene cord with a plastic (PYPW) or metallic core (PYP/S). Have larger dirt capability than other sedimentary cartridges. Cannot be restored or regenerated.

These cartridges are used in household filters to remove dirt, suspended particles and insoluble admixtures. This inexpensive cartridge takes on the hit and protects all the subsequent water filtering systems from fast contamination. When there are risk of dirty water reaching the water pipeline systems, this is a simple and effective way to protect the cartridges of delicate filtering for household water filters.
A broken mechanical filtering cartridge can be easily replaced, while all other filtering elements will work longer and be more effective.
The degree of filtering is determined by the size of pores in the cartridge. The materials used in the cartridge include stainless steel grid (SNK Series), foamed polypropylene (EFM, PP Series), corrugated (ESR series), coil-winding (PPY, PPY, WP series), fibrous polypropylene, coiled onto the polypropylene core (PFM).
